Ken Davis is joined by WBEZ’s Sarah Karp and Becky Vevea to discuss the details of their recent reporting on how capital development funds are being spent at CPS. Of the nearly 600 million spent or budgeted, 2/3 has been allocated to schools with at least 25% white enrollment, and additions are being built at schools less than a mile from under-enrolled schools.
