Rochester J. Bailey is a Media Architect and the CEO of Diggler Integrated Networks and Communications Inc., doing business as “Diggler INC.” This strategic retail, media, and marketing company was established in 2005. He is also a founding member of Roc Global Group, a private investment company.

Shortly after establishing Diggler INC., Rochester created the award-winning television show TAKEOVER Tv, which showcased local and urban talent while featuring mainstream music artists, fashion, entertainment news, and social awareness issues. TAKEOVER Tv aired for 8 years on Chicago cable television.

Rochester’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop with Diggler INC. For 7 years, he owned and operated a music shop in Alsip, IL, dedicated to supporting both major and local artists by providing a retail space for their music and merchandise. This commitment to uplifting local talent culminated in the creation of “The Chi Got Next!!! TV Show,” which highlighted emerging entertainers and aired for four years on Chicago cable television.

Recognizing the need for professional media production services, Rochester launched Diggler Films, offering invaluable media services to nonprofits and small businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. His dedication to community service deepened when he was appointed Media Advisor for the Georgia Doty Comprehensive Health organization. As Media Advisor, Rochester created the television show The Doty Report On Comprehensive Health, which aired for 4 years on Chicago cable television.

Rochester is also an advocate for youth empowerment, having served as the Director of Programming for the Chasing23 Youth Empowerment Group. As a vendor for CPS schools, Chasing23 worked with Wendell Phillips High School students to build a respectful community among young men through a theory of change focused on life skills development, empowering youth to realize their potential.

Rochester’s unwavering commitment to his community extended further when he joined the board of directors for Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV) in 2019 and Growing Home’s Associate Board in 2024. A graduate of Tuskegee University, Rochester enjoys participating in 5K and 10K races, gardening, spending time with family, and making a significant impact in the lives of those he serves.
